Fantasy Impact: Langford appeared to suffer the injury in the top of the fifth inning. Fantasy managers should expect him to undergo further testing and he should be considered day-to-day for now.

Fantasy Impact: This marks the first time that McCullers has thrown from the top of the mound since undergoing surgery last June. He is reportedly still has a least a month before beginning a rehab assignment.


Logan O'Hoppe was removed from Saturday’s game with a right hand contusion. (Source: Jeff Fletcher on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: O’Hoppe took a foul ball of his right hand and was removed from the game one inning later. The team has announced that X-rays are negative, so the catcher should be considered day-to-day.

Fantasy Impact: Kwan appeared to injure his hamstring while on defense in the third inning. Fantasy managers should consider him day-to-day for now.

Fantasy Impact: Murphy pointed at his knee after chasing down a wild pitch. Patrick Bailey is in the game at catcher and is the only healthy catcher on the Giants’ 40-man roster.

Fantasy Impact: Leone only faced one batter before exiting the game with the White Sox training staff. The team has listed him as day-to-day.


Geraldo Perdomo (knee) has begun fielding ground balls and has resumed throwing, per manager Torey Lovullo. (Source: Alex Weiner on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Perdomo has yet to take part in any hitting drills, but it is a positive sign to see him running and throwing three weeks after knee surgery. He remains without a timetable to return.


Chas McCormick (hamstring) began running Saturday and is line to begin batting practice soon. (Source: Brian McTaggart on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: McCormick suffered the hamstring injury on Tuesday, but is expected to possibly go out on a rehab assignment soon. The Astros will likely assign him a timetable soon.


Joey Wiemer has been diagnosed with a strained popliteus muscle in his left knee. (Source: Curt Hogg on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Luckily, the MRI that Wiemer underwent Saturday revealed no ligament damage. He is currently on the injured list and there is no timetable for his return.


Alec Marsh (elbow) will start a rehab assignment at Triple-A Omaha Sunday. (Source: Royals on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Marsh could only require one rehab start before joining the Royals’ rotation, barring any setbacks in his outing with Omaha.


Josiah Gray (elbow) threw about 35 pitches in a bullpen session Saturday. (Source: Bobby Blanco on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Gray took to the mound for the first time since being diagnosed with a right flexor strain. He is scheduled for bullpen sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact: Bailey exited Friday’s game after taking a foul ball of his mask in the first inning. Fantasy managers should expect Tom Murphy to take over as the primary catcher.


Alek Manoah (shoulder) will start Sunday vs the Nationals. (Source: Keegan Matheson on X)

Fantasy Impact: Manoah will make his season debut after dealing with right shoulder inflammation since the start of the season. He looked great in his final rehab start, striking out 12 in six innings while throwing 92 pitches. Manoah will get a chance to re-establish himself as a regular member of the Blue Jays rotation in a friendly matchup Sunday vs the Nationals.


Trea Turner has been placed on the 10-day IL due to a left hamstring strain. He is expected to be out for at least six weeks. (Source: Philadelphia Phillies on X)

Fantasy Impact: Turner left Friday's game early due to his hamstring and now goes to the IL with what could be a lengthy absence. Kody Clemens was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move, while Edmundo Sosa will likely get the bulk of starts at shortstop while Turner is out.

Fantasy Impact: Middleton said he’ll throw twice more in St. Louis next week and then head to Double-A Springfield for a rehab assignment.

Fantasy Impact: This doesn't mean Carlson has officially been activated from the injured list, but he appears to be close. He began a rehab assignment earlier in the week which was short.

Fantasy Impact: Mendick is dealing with lower back tightness. He'll miss at least 10 days as a result. He is hopeful it'll be a short stint.

Fantasy Impact: Wicks was recently cleared to resume playing catch. He'll likely throw a bullpen session soon.

Fantasy Impact: Suzuki and Cody Bellinger are both doing the same things on Saturday as they work their way back from injuries. They are on track to potentially return by the end of May.
