The Baltimore Ravens are signing former Kentucky WR Tayvion Robinson to a deal as an undrafted rookie. (Source: Ryan Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Robinson provides a new wrinkle compared to some of the other WRs the Ravens have on their roster, fitting more in the mold of a quick slot WR with strong hands. He could fight for a roster spot down the line but will likely start as a practice squad player in the NFL.

The Carolina Panthers are signing former Holy Cross WR Jalen Coker, who is earning a $25,000 signing bonus and a $225,000 salary guarantee. (Source: Jeremy Fowler on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Coker could be a long-term developmental piece for Carolina out of the FCS, where the WR dominated with his athletic traits. He is a boundary receiver who could refine his game further, but many analysts expected him to be a Day 3 pick, though his middling speed and lack of competition may have turned some heads away.

Former Colorado WR Xavier Weaver is signing an undrafted free-agent deal with the Arizona Cardinals. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Weaver has shown an ability to be a solid route runner and could serve as a punt returner at the NFL level. In Arizona, there's a clear top-four WRs, but alongside 2024 sixth-rounder Tejhaun Palmer, Weaver could fight for a roster spot.

Former Georgia RB Kendall Milton is signing an undrafted free-agent deal with the Philadelphia Eagles. (Source: Jordan Schultz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: After revamping their RB1 spot this offseason with Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia has added youth behind him, drafting RB Will Shipley and signing Milton. The Eagles have a somewhat deep and established room, but Milton could try and fight his way onto the team's practice squad.

The Tennessee Titans have signed former Washington Huskies RB Dillon Johnson to an undrafted free-agent deal. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Johnson has a reputation as a hard-nosed runner, something he displayed by fighting through injury during Washington's CFP run. The Titans signed RB Tony Pollard to play alongside Tyjae Spears. Tennessee's RB room, though, lacks depth behind the pair, leaving space for Johnson to fight for a roster spot.

Former Southern Miss RB Frank Gore Jr. is signing a UDFA deal with the Buffalo Bills. (Source: Cameron Wolfe on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: The son of former NFL RB Frank Gore, who played for the Bills in 2019, Gore Jr. was a successful RB in college. He ran for 4,022 yards and 26 touchdowns as a Golden Eagle. Gore could push to make the roster but could also be a practice squad candidate.

Former Missouri RB Cody Schrader is signing a UDFA deal with the San Francisco 49ers. (Source: Jordan Schultz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: After four years at Truman, Schrader walked on with Missouri. In 2023, he ran for 1,627 yards (SEC-best) and had 14 rushing touchdowns. He enters a now-deep RB room and can fight for a spot on the team's practice squad.

QB Taulia Tagovailoa, younger brother of Tua, did not sign a UDFA contract yet. However, Seattle has invited him to their rookie camp, so a contract could come. (Source: Mike Garafolo)

Fantasy Impact: Scouts were concerned about Tagovailoa's size and arm strength. However, he has a pro pedigree and could impress rookie camp scouts.

UDFA QB John Rhys Plumlee agreed to a contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers. An interesting wrinkle is that he may switch to slot WR as part of his NFL future. (Source: Tom Pelissero)

Fantasy Impact: Plumlee was productive in college, but his smaller stature could necessitate a move to slot WR in the NFL. He's extremely athletic, so he could make some noise this summer.

Undrafted rookie RB Blake Watson is signing a deal with the Denver Broncos that includes a $25,000 signing bonus and a $250,000 salary guarantee. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Watson played for Old Dominion and Memphis collegiately, starting as a wide receiver. He can serve as a productive pass-catching back with open-field elusiveness in the NFL and fight for a backup role in a backfield with Javonte Williams, Audric Estimé, Samaje Perine and Jaleel McLaughlin.

UDFA QB Sam Hartman agreed to terms on a contract with the Commanders. (Source: Tom Pelissero)

Fantasy Impact: The Commanders gave Hartman a $20,000 signing bonus and $225,000 in base guarantees, a sign that they value him as a member of their team. He has a potential backup opportunity.

The Indianapolis Colts and UDFA QB Kedon Slovis have agreed on a contract. (Source: Tom Pelissero)

Fantasy Impact: Slovis joins the Colts as their new developmental option at QB, but was a priority signing for them and had a good combine.

Fantasy Impact: Reed can sit behind new franchise QB Caleb Williams and learn some things.

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs agreed on a two-year contract extension, making him the NFL's highest-paid tight end. (Source: Ian Rapoport)

Fantasy Impact: Kelce remains one of the league's top tight ends, and is absolutely in play to retake his spot as TE1 for fantasy after a slight down year impacted by injury.

The Bills have picked up the fifth-year option on Greg Rousseau. (Source: Peter Schrager on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Rousseau will remain with the team that selected him in the first-round in 2021. The 24-year-old has 17 sacks, 30 tackles for loss, and 42 quarterback hits in 46 games over three seasons with the Bills.

The Jacksonville Jaguars picked up their QB Trevor Lawrence's fifth-year option on Monday. (Source: Adam Schefter)

Fantasy Impact: Lawrence has had a somewhat bumpy first few seasons since he was picked first overall, but he is the quarterback of the future for the Jaguars and I expect they'll figure out a long-term deal for him shortly.

The Patriots and DT Christian Barmore have agreed to terms on a four-year, $84M contract. (Source: Doug Kyed on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact: Barmore will remain with the team that selected him in the second round in 2021. The 24-year-old had a great season in 2024, registering 8.5 sacks, 13 tackles for loss, and one forced fumble in 17 games.

Travis Etienne had his fifth-year option exercised by the Jaguars on Monday morning. (Source: Adam Schefter)

Fantasy Impact: Etienne is an integral piece of the Jaguars' offense and it certainly seems that the Jaguars value him as such. He should begin contract negotiations with them soon.

The Dallas Cowboys and RB Ezekiel Elliott have agreed to terms. (Source: Tom Pelissero on Twitter )

Fantasy Impact: Elliott will rejoin the Cowboys after one season away from the team. With Tony Pollard leaving in free agency, the Cowboys were in need of some running back depth. Elliott had a strong season in New England, tallying 642 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 184 rushing attempts.

Mekhi Becton plans to sign a one-year deal worth up to $5.5 million with the Eagles pending a physical. (Source: Adam Schefter)

Fantasy Impact: Becton should serve as the Eagles' swing tackle for the 2024 season, since they didn't address their offensive tackles during the draft. The former Jet is a potential starting option down the road if Lane Johnson ends up retiring after 2024-25.
