Fantasy Impact: The Bills signed safety Dee Delaney as the corresponding move to releasing Cephus. He has caught 37 passes for 568 yards and four touchdowns across his three seasons so far in the NFL and will look to earn a roster spot on another team.

Fantasy Impact: Delaney spent the past three seasons with the Buccaneers. He appeared in 17 games last year, starting two games with two interceptions, five passes defensed, 25 total tackles and one tackle for loss.

Fantasy Impact: Heyward has not attended voluntary offseason workouts so far this offseason. He is entering the final year of his four-year deal. He appeared in 11 games last season after dealing with some injuries. This will be a situation to monitor throughout the rest of the offseason.

Fantasy Impact: Byrd appeared in one game with the Falcons last season after appearing in 14 games with Atlanta the year prior. He will compete for a roster spot with Washington throughout camp.

Fantasy Impact: Gill had been waived by the Bears earlier in May after they drafted a punter last month. He'll compete for the starting punter spot throughout camp.

Fantasy Impact: McLeod signed a one-year deal this offseason with Cleveland to return for a second season. "This is the last lap for me," McLeod said Monday during an appearance on NFL Network's "NFL Total Access." He spent the first four years of his career as an undrafted free agent with the Rams, followed by six years with the Eagles, one year with the Colts and now a second season in Cleveland.

Fantasy Impact: The second-round pick had a similar surgery on his other foot this past January. If Newton can stay healthy, the Commanders will have a formidable defensive line that also includes Daron Payne and Jonathan Allen.
